The innovative products developed by Blachford’s experienced metal working researchers have resulted in improved process performance, quality and cost for customers, while reducing effluent and usage volume.
The team combines the latest analytical tools - including Fourier Transform Infra-red Spectroscopy (FTIR), Thermal Analysis, Gas Phase and Liquid Phase Chromatography (GC & HPLC) coupled with Mass Spectroscopy (MS), and friction and wear tests to solve customer issues.
R&D team members also spend considerable time onsite introducing new products and supporting customers in their process improvement efforts.
