 Process Aids
Our process aids, sold under the trademark Chemlube®, are used to reduce Banbury mixing times and improve processing properties of rubber.
These products help to shorten processing stages, reduce energy consumption, improve the incorporation of materials, smooth out defects and improve final product quality - all without interfering in any way with the curing system or physical or chemical properties of the cured rubber.
In order to select the correct process aid, it is important to know as much as possible about the system that you are attempting to improve. There is a wide array of rubber and rubber combinations, fillers and curing systems, as well as product end uses, all of which need to be taken into account before any recommendation can be made.
